When you love what you have - you have everything you need.
And living in love, gratitude and forgiveness is the ultimate miracle worker and the bedrock of a spiritual practice and the way to open your heart.
It’s an internal connection.
That’s what a spiritual connection is.
Nourish it.

However, we can get so caught up in our minds with technology that we can forget our capacity to live in love.
So I now take time out and book heart meetings with myself.
I hold my hand over my heart tenderly and listen to its beating.
I take a deep breath and say, ‘I hear you, I understand’ and I say thank you.

You’ll feel more loving, peaceful and calm.
Doing a loving kindness meditation is another way you can connect to your heart and others while you are in your own healing space.
As you sit in quiet reflection, imagine a bright light full of love and peace surrounding you, growing larger with each breath and then picture this energy slowly moving out to envelop your family, friends and colleagues holding them in this space of love.
You will find that by doing this meditation you feel a deeper connection to those in your life.
