‘Lighten your heart by engaging in enjoyable activities: sing, dance, watch the sunset, take a nap or hug someone with exuberance.’ - Doreen Virtue
You always balance your desires with what you believe you deserve.
This is the foundation of the Law of Attraction.
Quantum Physics says everything is energy. What will flow into your life is a copy of the feelings and beliefs you send out.
Cells behave with information they get from energy around your body. Atoms share information.
The secret is knowing how to raise your vibration so you become energetically aligned with abundance.
When we claim an attitude of gratitude, we are energetically aligned with abundance. With practice, it can become second nature.
Nothing new can come into your life unless you concentrate on being grateful.
Every experience you have had in your life has made you into the person you are today.
You cannot create a new future if you’re holding onto emotions from the past.
The point of power is always in the present moment.
Prove to yourself how powerful you really are by focusing and being grateful for what you have already. The more satisfied you are with what you have now the more likely you are to attract more – if you really want it.
We have been educated to reach for more than we have, so I believe you can use the wanting more habit to develop peace of mind and prosperity by developing more gratitude, more authentic relationships, more patience and more kindness.
Remember, the vibration of your beliefs create your life.
‘If you can dream it, you can do it.’ - Walt Disney
What you believe will come true for you because that is the vibrational energy you give out and attract.
When you harness the power of a positive perspective in your own life, you get to make every day a great one!
I believe your everyday approach to life can move you to a higher level of consciousness. You can do this through visualisation, affirmations, finding stillness, peace with meditation, spiritual study; gratitude, forgiveness and letting go of unexamined perceptions. What you do on a daily basis creates your life and your future.
I find also being with people I love, exercising in nature, and the arts in whatever form brings me great joy and enriches my day and nourishes my soul which helps me maintain a positive perspective.
When you hear yourself thinking that you need more of something, ask yourself, what it is you really need? If you think you need more money, you probably need more people. The craving for money is often a symptom of aloneness. Ridley Scott’s latest movie called All the Money in the World about octogenarian billionaire J. Paul Getty is testament to this.
It’s not selfish to love yourself, take care of yourself and make your happiness a priority. It’s a necessity. It raises your energetic vibration which attracts positive outcomes.
What will be is up to you.
Namaste.
You may delay, but time will not, and lost time is never found again." - Benjamin Franklin
