‘How people treat you is their karma; how you react is yours.’ - Dr. Wayne Dyer
We are all travellers on a long, amazing journey through a universe that is never still.
It is a journey filled with danger and opportunity.
Each one of us has the freewill to choose our direction and each of us is responsible for all of our actions.
Our mind is key.
Like it or not, ready or not, our mind is always creating, affecting our world and ourselves, affecting our present and our future.
If we use our mind wisely, with compassion for other living beings, its tremendous power can bring more joy, success, freedom and happiness into our lives.
‘The world is going to judge you no matter what you do - so live your life the way you want to.’ - Elizabeth Gilbert
To do this we need to understand how our mind works; how our intentions and actions affect our internal and external worlds.
All that we send out, will in some way, shape or form, return.
This process takes some interval of time and is called karma.
You and karma are in an interconnected balance.
In a great many instances the cause of returning karma is unknown.
We experience good or bad luck seemingly for no reason.
‘Forgive, smile and move on - karma will take care of the rest.’ - Tina Turner
Buddhist teaching says that we are simply receiving the result from a past action that we are unaware of.
Buddhists say that winning the lottery is actually not a case of random luck, but is feedback from our previous actions returning to us – the result of our own action in a forgotten past.
These past actions still resonate in our world, affecting our world equilibrium.
‘You cannot do a kindness too soon for you never know when it will be too late.’ Ralph Waldo Emerson
Modern life is rarely stress free.
There are always frustrating issues to deal with.
We're constantly on our toes just in case something goes wrong and we need to leap into action.
It needn't even be anything cataclysmic; just a potential hassle or an aggravation is enough.
Ironically, this means that we attract even more tension into our lives.
And, when we have an 'edge', we draw similar people to us.
If you want peace and harmony in your world, you just have to believe that it's possible.

Meditation has helped me with this – so has visualisations, affirmations, gratitude, forgiveness, self-love...........
The universal law teaches the law of cause and effect.
There is no effect without a cause.
So don’t allow your fears to be the cause, not the effect.
Otherwise they become a magnet for self-fulfilling prophecies.
Burn up negative thinking patterns, rise up from the ashes of the past, and claim your power.

You live in a loving universe.
All of the forces are here to give you assistance, to give you support.
