Here are 5 tips that I use to sense energy in everyday life:
1. Watch people’s eyes. Our eyes transmit powerful energies - what the Sufi poet Rumi calls ‘the glance’. The eyes project an electromagnetic signal extending beyond the body. Have you ever felt you were being stared at even when no-one was around? A powerful energy.
2. Sense people's heart energy – this is the loving kindness in us and our capacity for giving, connection and empathy. You can sense energy to the degree you’re heart is open and loving. Does that person exude a sense of heart through their energy? You know when someone is saying all the right things but something is missing? That something is heart energy.
3. Sense people’s presence. Is the overall energy they emit associated with personal magnetism and charisma? You know that feeling when you feel good around certain people? It's their charismatic presence. Become aware of people's energetic presence.
4. Listen to people’s tone of voice and laugh. Sound frequencies create vibrations. The tone and volume of our voice can tell much about our emotions. Listen carefully to the way people speak to you and how that makes you feel……
5. Sense the feel of a handshake, hug and touch. The energy of touch reveals people’s emotions. We share emotional energy through physical contact. Look at the way people who love you look at you and vice-versa.
We are much more powerful than we are ever educated to believe - open up the channels and feel and emit the energy…..
