Firstly, again I hope you and your loved ones are safe and well.
I understand that this is still an anxious time for most people and the ongoing uncertainty about the future - however it is also a perfect time to rethink how we live our lives.
Mankind is going through a transformation.
We are at a crossroads; in one direction lies peace and abundance, in the other conflict and scarcity. It’s time to become aware of your own personal thoughts on an ongoing daily basis.
Every thought you send out creates events in the universe, attracts people to you. One high, healing thought can cancel out 10,000 or more negative ones.
It is not just yourself you are helping when you evolve your thoughts, but everyone around you.
Healing positive thoughts go out into your neighbourhood and your community and help everyone who is reaching upward.
Every time you allow yourself to have more, allow yourself to feel good, or love something, you are contributing to the planetary path of abundance - yay!
You can’t be great if you don’t feel great so make exceptional health and wellbeing your No.1 priority - physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually.
If this pandemic is planning a second wave now is the time to protect yourself by strengthening your immune system if you haven’t done so already.
The core four things at the heart of caring for your body are sleeping well, eating well and exercising regularly and making that spiritual connection daily to raise your conscious joy, inner peace and vibration.
It’s an act of love to take care of your body. As you learn more about nutrition, you’ll start to notice how you feel after you eat certain foods. You’ll figure out which foods give you optimum strength and lots of energy. Then, you’ll stick to eating those foods.

Your body is always talking to you, if you take the time to listen. Every cell within your body responds to every single thought you think and every word you speak.
Same with exercise - the joy of feeling good in your body by walking/exercising in nature - that connection to the universe - the uplifting energy you feel is naturally addictive.
Exercise raises your vibration and therefore your wellbeing.
You will not want to eat poorly after exercise too. Always plan your food shop after your daily exercise - you will find you only buy the most nutritious foods and no bad stuff - you will not want to break that fantastic streamlined feel good factor! This works.
Take time for thought and create space daily to unwind and find peace through meditation, mindfulness and/or yoga.
Make that spiritual connection by exercising in nature. Take your shoes off and walk on the grass and/or touch the bark of a tree, give thanks and by doing so you create an energy connection to source that will continue to nurture you and those around you.
Your self-assurance and trust in something greater can help you maintain an attitude of optimism that attracts blessings into your life.
Small daily - seemingly insignificant - 1% improvements and innovations lead to staggering achievements over time and increases your spiritual energy and power too - yay!
